The Finch Jelly feeder has become the Bee Feeder!
(Bee and wasp!)
I have still not been stung, knock on wood.
Acrobats of the air!
The fifteen of two weeks ago have dwindled to five, and my guess is,
with the advent of colder temps next week, these will go on their way, too.
I have been cleaning the feeders daily.... UGH... the humidity has caused
mold all week.
Sharing the feeder with one of his friends!

ReplyDeleteYou have some wonderful shots here Mary Ann!!! YAM xx
Back when I we had the sawmill, we had some of the orange touch-me-nots that grew around the area. I had to be careful when I stacked lumber, or I'd find myself swatting at "bumble-bees" at my ear that turned out to be hummingbirds. Luckily, I never hit one. I would have hated that.
ReplyDeletethat is what our windfall pearls look like. a bunch of bees, wasps and butterflies are hanging out under all the trees
ReplyDeleteHave a happy weekend.

ReplyDeleteWishing you a very happy Fall season!
